#6 Update gods and chucknorris lists to add new admins ... again

I've edited 'gods' list and 'chucknorris' list inside whoall script, and updated date header

@andrearossoni and @simonepirota are now inside 'gods' list

@alessandrodegennaro2 and @sebastianopagano are now inside 'chucknorris' list

Now in beautiful Python3! At first glance everything seems to be in order, will contribute to testing in the upcoming days.
